Simply turn the lid valve to the Preserve (vacuum) or Marinate setting, connect FoodSaver® Handheld adaptor hose or the cordless FoodSaver® Handheld Sealer, and press the vacuum button. Marinate Mode marinates meat, fish, and veggies in minutes instead of hours. Made from BPA free Tritan™ plastic which is crack, shatter, stain and odour resistant.
